WIN A VIBE – MEMBERS PROMOTION

The Win a Vibe Members Promotion is conducted by Old Bar Beach Bowling Club Ltd ABN 98 001 068 104 (Promoter).
The promotion commences Wednesday 7 October 2026 and concludes at the completion of the final draw at each participating club.
The promotion will be conducted separately at Club Old Bar and Club West.
Members may participate at both clubs, with entries and draws being separate for each club.

Eligible financial members can receive one free entry per day by swiping their current membership card at the designated promotion entry kiosk at the participating club.
Members can earn additional Virtual Barrel entries as follows:
- One (1) entry for every $7 of gaming turnover at the participating club.
Members can also receive Paper Barrel entries as follows:
- Club West: One (1) entry for every $7 spent at the bar.
- Club Old Bar: One (1) entry for every $7 spent at the bar, pizza bar or café.
Bistro purchases are NOT eligible
Virtual Barrel entries and Paper Barrel entries must be earned at the relevant participating club and cannot be transferred between Club Old Bar and Club West.
Entries will be cleared following each weekly Vibe Key Draw and a new entry period will commence for the following week.

Two Vibe Key winners will be drawn each week at each participating club.
Club West: Two Vibe Key Draws will take place each Friday at 7.15pm.
Club Old Bar: Two Vibe Key Draws will take place each Saturday at 7.15pm.
The first Vibe Key Draws will take place on Friday 9 October 2026 at Club West and Saturday 10 October 2026 at Club Old Bar.
At each weekly draw:
- One Vibe Key winner will be drawn from the Virtual Barrel.
- One Vibe Key winner will be drawn from the Paper Barrel.
Winners must be present at the relevant club at the time of the draw to claim their Vibe Key.
Each Vibe Key winner will select one available numbered key from the promotion display.
The winner's name and membership number will be recorded against their selected key number.
Vibe Keys are not transferable to another member. The member who wins and selects the key must remain the registered holder of that key for the final draw.
Each Vibe Key winner will also receive a $50 Club Dollar Bar Tab, applied to their membership card on the night of their win.
If a selected Vibe Key winner is not present at the time of the draw, they will not win the Vibe Key and another eligible entrant will be drawn. Winners have four (4) minutes to present themselves to staff and claim their prize before a redraw takes place.
If a Vibe Key holder is unable to attend the final draw, their key will be retired and will not be eligible to win the vehicle.

A total of 32 numbered Vibe Keys will be available at each club for the final draw, comprising 22 keys awarded through the weekly Vibe Key Draws and 10 bonus keys awarded on the final promotion night.
The 10 bonus keys will be drawn from eligible entries on the final promotion night at each club. Winners must be present to claim their key.
All eligible Vibe Key holders must be present at the final draw to be eligible to win the vehicle.
The final draw will be conducted by randomly selecting one number from the 32 numbered Vibe Keys.
The Vibe Key holder whose number is selected will win the vehicle allocated to that club.
Club West Final Draw: Friday 18 December 2026 at 7.15pm.
Club Old Bar Final Draw: Saturday 19 December 2026 at 7.15pm.
The prize is one brand new MG3 Vibe, valued at $20,500 driveaway, at each final draw.
The vehicle prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The vehicle prize is subject to vehicle availability, registration requirements and any applicable conditions imposed by the vehicle supplier or relevant authorities.

Entry is open to financial members of Old Bar Beach Bowling Club Ltd who are aged 18 years or over, subject to applicable laws and Club membership requirements.
Employees, Directors and Contractors of Old Bar Beach Bowling Club Ltd are not eligible to enter the promotion.
Members must comply with all reasonable directions of Club staff in relation to the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify membership details and eligibility before awarding any prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have breached these Terms & Conditions or attempted to manipulate or unfairly participate in the promotion.
By entering the promotion, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion cannot proceed as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements or approvals.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the Promoter publishing their name and photograph for promotional and publicity purposes without compensation.
The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into.
