Promotion Period
The promotion commences Tuesday 21 July 2026 and concludes Saturday 19 September 2026
Eligibility
Entry is open to current financial members of Club Old Bar Beach Bowling Club Ltd.
Members must be financial at the time of entry and at the time of any prize draw.
Employees, Directors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
By participating, members agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
Members receive one (1) automatic entry per day by swiping their membership card at the Members Kiosk located at either Club Old Bar or Club West during the promotional period.
Only one (1) entry per member per day is permitted, regardless of the number of swipes made.
Eligible entries from Club Old Bar and Club West are combined into one promotional pool.
Each eligible daily swipe automatically receives:
one (1) entry into that day’s $60 ePurse Daily Draw; and
one (1) entry into the $6,000 Major Cash Draw.
5. Daily Draw entries are valid only for the day they are earned and expire once that day’s draw has been completed.
6. Major Draw entries accumulate throughout the promotion period. Members receive one additional entry for each eligible daily swipe.
$60 DAILY ePURSE DRAW
One (1) winner will be randomly selected each evening from all eligible entries received that day.
Daily entries close at 7.30pm each promotional day.
The Daily Draw will be conducted at approximately 7.30pm each evening at Club Old Bar.
Winners do not need to be present to win.
The winner will receive a $60 ePurse, which will be loaded directly onto their membership card.
The ePurse may be redeemed at the bar only at either Club Old Bar or Club West.
The ePurse is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Winners will be notified by:
telephone using the contact details recorded on their membership account;
announcement over the Club Old Bar public address system;
publication on the Club Old Bar Facebook page; and
in-club digital signage at Club Old Bar and Club West (where
available).
9.Daily prize winners remain eligible to win additional Daily Draws and the $6,000 Major Cash Draw.
$6,000 MAJOR CASH DRAW
The Major Cash Draw will be conducted at Club Old Bar on Saturday 19 September 2026 at approximately 7.00pm.
One (1) winner will receive $6,000 cash.
Entries from Club Old Bar and Club West are combined into one Major Draw.
Members may be present at either Club Old Bar or Club West at the time of the draw.
The draw will be conducted at Club Old Bar and simultaneously broadcast to Club West.
The selected member must be present at either venue and correctly identify themselves when announced.
If the selected member is not present or fails to claim the prize within four (4) minutes of announcement, another winner will be drawn.
Redraws will continue until the prize has been claimed.
SECOND CHANCE CASH DRAWS – $600 CLUB OLD BAR & $600 CLUB WEST
Two (2) Second Chance Cash Draws will be conducted on Saturday 19 September 2026 following the completion of the $6,000 Major Cash Draw.
One (1) $600 cash prize will be drawn at Club Old Bar and one (1) $600 cash prize will be drawn at Club West.
Separate Second Chance Draw Virtual Barrels will operate for Club Old Bar and Club West.
Members can receive one (1) entry into the Second Chance Cash Draw at the venue they are attending by swiping their membership card at the Members Kiosk after 5.00pm on Saturday 19 September 2026.
Only one (1) Second Chance Draw entry per member is permitted, regardless of the number of swipes made.
Members must be present at the relevant venue at the time of the draw to claim a Second Chance Cash Prize.
The Club Old Bar $600 Second Chance Cash Draw will be conducted at Club Old Bar and announced at both venues following the $6,000 Major Cash Draw.
The Club West $600 Second Chance Cash Draw will be conducted at Club Old Bar and Announced at both venues following the $6,000 Major Cash Draw.
The selected member must be present at the relevant venue and correctly identify themselves when announced.
If the selected member is not present or fails to claim the prize within four (4) minutes of announcement, another winner will be drawn.
Redraws will continue until the prize has been claimed.
Second Chance Cash Draws will be conducted using the Club’s approved Virtual Barrel promotional system.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Members are responsible for ensuring their membership details, including telephone number, are current and correct.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or outdated membership details.
Any fraudulent activity, misuse of a membership card or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification.
Daily prize draws and the Major Draw will be conducted using the Club’s approved Virtual Barrel promotional system.
Winning a Daily Draw does not exclude a member from winning future Daily Draws or the Major Cash Draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion cannot proceed as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable regulatory approvals.
Winners consent to the publication of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without compensation.
The Promoter’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
